Outside caterers are not allowed at The Abbey.
The Abbey supplies white floor length linens and white napkins. We can accommodate any linen color to match your needs. There will be an additional charge for colored linens or overlays. You are welcome to provide your own. Ask about options for special linens.
Service Charges & Sales Tax
All food and beverage is subject to an 18% service charge and applicable state sales tax.
Payment Procedure
A non-refundable deposit of $6,000.00, along with a signed contract and signed Charter Agreement, is required to secure the date, time and facility. Your guaranteed guest count is due seven days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due five (5) business days prior to your event in the form of company check only. Personal checks and/or credit cards will not be accepted for final payment.
